Cities and smart mobility: a workshop at MISE
"Smart Cities, Smart Mobility and Logistics", this is the name of the meeting. Three main topics are addressed: preparation of a common playing field between administrations to guarantee a convergence of resources, sharing of experiences most significant in Italy in these sectors and definition of strategies for the construction of pilot ecosystems dedicated to mobility and intelligent logistics in the areas leading the way for the introduction of 5G. These are the words of Undersecretary Alessandra Todde.
The MiSE wanted to organize this workshop to promote the construction of an ecosystem based on public and private partnership, functional to the development of mobility and intelligent logistics, autonomous and with zero impact – said Undersecretary Todde during her opening speech .
The line of intervention will now be taken with regard to innovation contracts with 50 million euros already allocated. To define the areas within which to conduct the experiments. Todde continues.
Mobility in Smart Cities requires a strong public address. For their development we cannot ignore a Circular Economy that is peculiar in our country, poor in raw materials and dependent on imports, therefore naturally devoted to recycling.
